In the remote highlands of Scotland, the Auchenshoogle Estate has had a traditional Burns Night supper every January 25th for years, under the watchful eye of the local ghillie, Jock McPherson. But the untimely arrival of the new English estate owners, Nigel Cholmondley-Beauchamp and his equally irritating wife Nigella, together with their brusque butler Baines causes unexpected fireworks during the evening's elaborately prepared celebrations...
